Description

"Mandatory Paid Sick Leave and FMLA Expansion Starts April 1st: How the Families First Coronavirus Response Act Impacts the Construction Industry"

New federal legislation requires paid sick leave for employees impacted by COVID-19 and isolation orders and expands FMLA coverage to employees who must care for a child whose school or day care has been closed. These new regulations apply to employers with fewer than 500 employees and apply when the employee or an employee’s family member becomes ill, or when an employee is subject to an isolation or quarantine order. This webinar will discuss the details this new legislation, who it applies to, and what you need to know to comply.
