Ashleigh is a Senior Workforce Development Manager for NCCER. Prior to joining the Workforce Development team, Ashleigh was the Build Your Future (BYF) Manager where she focused on educating youth, displaced workers and veterans about the rewarding careers available in the industry. Currently, Ashleigh advocates for NCCER’s industry-recognized training programs, introduces organizations and schools to NCCER accreditation options and promotes industry-education connections. Ashleigh holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point specializing in CTE secondary education and psychology.
