Over the past 30+ years, I have led operations, talent acquisition, human resources, recruiting, mergers and acquisitions, and executive leadership across multiple industries. My experience spans Fortune 500 organizations, private equity-backed companies, entrepreneurial startups, and family-owned businesses, giving me a unique perspective on how successful organizations grow, scale, and create long-term value.

I began my career after earning a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the State University of New York at Buffalo and spent 16 years with Walmart Stores, where I held leadership roles in operations, recruiting, human resources, and business operations. I later transitioned into healthcare staffing, helping build and lead high-growth organizations such as 360 Healthcare Staffing, PPR Traveling Nursing and Focus Staff. 

Today, I serve as CEO and Co-founder of Archimedes Metals, a custom architectural and decorative metal fabrication company serving commercial construction throughout Texas. Our team partners with general contractors, architects, developers, and specialty subcontractors to fabricate complex, high-quality metal systems including canopies, wall panels, column covers, decorative screening, railings, signage, and custom architectural components.

Although the industries have changed, the principles remain the same; build exceptional teams, develop efficient systems, solve difficult problems, and deliver outstanding results for customers.

Archimedes Metals is a North Texas architectural and decorative metal fabrication company serving general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and commercial project teams. We fabricate custom metal components for commercial construction, including aluminum plate, ACM panels, wall panels, column covers, canopies, sunshades, railings, signage, stainless trim, brake metal, U-channels, corner caps, door jamb cladding, equipment screens, and light structural steel.

We are built for custom, detailed, and problem-solving work where standard products do not fit the project need. Our team supports fabrication, design coordination, field measurement, shop drawings, value-engineering discussions, and installation support when needed. We are especially interested in working with GCs, drywall contractors, curtain wall/glazing contractors, architects, and specialty subcontractors who need a reliable metal fabrication partner for commercial projects
